NB4N11M 是一款差分 1:2 时钟/数据分配/转换芯片,具有 CML 输出结构,适合高速时钟/数据。此器件的功能相当于器件 EP11、LVEP11、SG11 或 7L11M。此器件会产生两个相同的时钟或数据信号差分输出副本,运行速度分别高达 2.5 GHz 和 2.5 Gb/s。因此,NB4N11M 非常适合 SONET、GigE、光纤沟道、底板和其他时钟/数据分配应用。输入接受 LVPECL、CML、LVCMOS、LVTTL 或 LVDS。CML 输出是 16 mA 开路集电极,需要电阻 (RL) 负载指向 VTT 端接电压。通电时,开路集电极 CML 输出必须端接至 VTT。当接收器载有连接至 1.8 V、2.5 V 或 3.3 V 电源的 50 Ω 或 25 Ω 负载时,差分输出会产生电流模式逻辑 (CML) 兼容电平。这样一来,便无需耦合电容器,从而简化了器件接口。
