概览
NB4N527S 是一款时钟或数据接收器/驱动器/缓冲器/转换器，能够将 AnyLevelTM 输入信号（LVPECL、 CML、HSTL、 LVDS 或 LVTTL/LVCMOS） 转换为 LVDS。根据距离、系统设计抗扰性和传输线缆介质的不同，此器件可分别接收、驱动或转换最高 2.5 Gb/s 或 1.25 GHz 的数据或时钟。 NB4N527S 具有较宽的输入共模范围， 从 GND+50 mV 到 VCC-50 mV，并且组合了两个 50 Ω 内部端接电阻， 适用于将差分或单端数据或时钟信号转换为 350 mV 典型 LVDS 输出电平，而无需使用任何附加外部组件。 该器件采用小型 3 mm x 3 mm QFN-16 封装。NB4N527S 适用于数据、无线和电信应用，以及主要存在抖动和封装尺寸要求的高速逻辑接口。
