NCP1203 位于 SO-8 或 DIP-8 封装内,是实现超紧凑型开关模式电源的重要飞跃,是替代 UC384X 器件的绝佳备选。由于专属的 SmartMOS 极高电压技术,该电路使用极少外部部件即可实施完整的离线 AC/DC 适配器、电池充电器和大功率 SMPS。通过以固定的 40 kHz、60 kHz 或 100 kHz 频率运行的内部结构,该控制器具有高电压启动 FET,可确保明确的无损耗启动序列。其电流模式控制能够很自然地提供良好的音频敏感性和按脉冲控制。例如,在输出功率需求消失,电流设定点降至某个特定值以下时,该集成电路将进入所谓的跳过周期模式,在轻负载下提供卓越能效。因为这发生在用户可调节的低峰值电流下,所以不会发出噪音。NCP1203 还包括了有效的保护电路,在输出超负载条件下会禁用输出脉冲,同时器件进入安全突发模式,尝试重启。一旦故障清除,器件自动恢复。最后,带有迟滞的高温关断有助于工件安全耐用的电源。
