概览

NCP12700 是一款固定频率、峰值电流模式PWM控制器，具有实施单端功率转换器拓扑结构所需的必要性能。这款器件支持高压启动，能够在宽输入范围内运行（9 – 120/200V MSOP10/WQFN10）并提供至少20mA电源，在系统启动期间为VCC提供临时偏置。这款控制器提供可调节软启动、输入电压支持欠压锁定（UVLO）保护以及可调节的过功率保护电路，会在输入电压提高时限制电路的总功率，简化系统散热设计。UVLO引脚还被配有一个关断比较器，允许通过外部信号禁用开关，将控制器切换至低静态电流模式。
