NCP1351 是一款电流模式控制器,适合成本对其至关重要的低功耗离线反激开关电源 (SMPS)。此控制器基于固定峰值电流技术(准固定 TON),可以在负载变轻时降低开关频率。因此,使用 NCP1351 的电源天然具有出色的无负载功耗,同时优化了其他负载条件下的能效。当频率降低时,峰值电流逐渐减小到最大峰值电流的 30% 左右,以防变压器发生机械谐振。因此,在保持良好的待机功率性能的同时,大大降低了噪音风险。外部可调计时器永久监控反馈活动,并在短路或过载的情况下保护电源。一旦计时器到期,NCP1351 便停止开关,并保持版本 A 的锁存状态,或者尝试重新启动版本 B。内部结构具有经过优化的布置,它允许使用其中一个最低可用启动电流,这是设计低待机电源时的一个基本参数。负电流传感技术最大限度地降低了开关噪音对控制器运行的影响,同时用户可选择通过电流传感电阻的最大峰值电压。因此,可以对其功耗进行应用优化。最后,降压输入波纹确保了自然频率拖尾,让 EMI 特征变得顺畅。
