NCP512 固定输出低漏 (LDO) 线性电压稳压器适合需要低静止电流的手持通信设备和便携式电池供电应用。NCP512 具有 40 μA 的超低静止电流。每个器件均包含电压参考单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻、电流限值和温度限值保护电路。NCP512 设计为使用低成本陶瓷电容器。此 LDO 采用微型 SC70-5 表面贴装封装。标准电压版本为 1.3、 1.5、1.8、2.2、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.1、3.3 和 5.0 V。可提供 100 mV 步级的其他电压版本。
