概览
NCP59744 是一款超低漏电压稳压器，能够提供超过 1.5 A 的输出电流，满载电流时的最大漏电压为 60 mV（典型值）。此类器件可以稳定使用陶瓷和任何其他 ≥ 2.2 µF 的输出电容器。此系列包含可调输出电压版本，输出电压低至 0.8 V。内部保护功能包括内置高温关断和输出电流限制保护。QFN 和 DFN 版本均提供用户可编程软启动和电源正常引脚。NCP59748 采用 DFN10 3×3 和 QFN20 5×5 封装。
