NCP612 低静态电流低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器适用于手持通信设备和需要低静态电流的便携式电池供电应用。NCP612 系列具有 40 uA 的超低静态电流。每个器件都包含电压参考单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻、电流限值和温度限值保护电路。NCP612 设计为与低成本陶瓷电容器一起使用。此器件采用微型 SC70-5 表面贴装封装。标准电压版本为 1.5、1.8、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.3 和 5.0 V。
