此系列固定输出低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器适用于手持通信设备和需要低静止电流的便携式电池供电应用。此系列具有 2.5 uA 的超低静止电流。每个器件均包含电压参比单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻、电流限值和温度限值保护电路。NCP698 系列提供用于开关控制的启用引脚。NCP698 设计为使用低成本陶瓷电容器,需要的最低输出电容器为 0.1 microF。该器件采用微型 SC82-AB 表面贴装封装。标准电压为 1.3、1.5、1.8、2.5、2.8、3.0、3.3、3.5 和 5.0 V,其他电压以 100 mV 步级提供。提供无铅电镀选项。
