Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) | NCS2003
概览
NCS(V)2003 是一款低压运算放大器，具有轨对轨输出驱动功能1.8 V 运行，可在低压、低功率应用中实现高性能运行。其他特性包括过驱动输入下的无输出逆相、0.5 mV 的微调后输入偏移电压，1 pA 的超低输入偏置电流，以及 1.8 V 下 5 MHz 的一致增益带宽。极小型 NCS2003 适用于小型便携式电子应用，采用节省空间的 SOT23-5 和 SC70-5 封装。NCV2003 采用 SOT23−5 封装，通过 AEC−Q100 认证且符合生产件批准程序 (PPAP)。
