概览
NCV4296-2C 是一款单片集成式低漏电压稳压器，输出电流能力为 30 mA，采用 TSOP–5 封装。输出电压精度在 ±4% 以内，最大漏电压 250 mV，输入最高 45 V。低静态电流功能在 1 mA 负载下仅吸收 160 µA。借助抑制功能，可以关闭稳压器，并且该器件消耗的静态电流小于 5 µA。此零部件适用于汽车和所有电池供电的微处理器设备。该稳压器有针对电池反向、短路和热过载的保护功能。
