Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCV553
概览
此系列固定输出 NOCAP™ 线性稳压器适用于手持通信设备和需要低静态电流的便携式电池供电应用。此系列具有 2.8 uA 的超低静态电流。每个器件都包含电压参比单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻、电流限值和温度限值保护电路。NCP552 系列提供一个用于开关 (ON / OFF) 控制的启用引脚。这些线性稳压器设计用于低成本陶瓷电容器。此类器件能够在没有输出电容器的情况下运行。此类器件采用微型 SC82-AB 表面贴装封装。标准电压版本为 1.5、1.8、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.3 和 5.0 V。可提供 100 mV 步级的其他电压版本。
