Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCP571
概览
NCP571 固定低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器，适用于需要 1.2 V 或以下的电压轨应用。由于 NCP571 系列具有 4.0 uA 的超低静态电流，因而此款 LDO 适合需要低静态电流的手持通信设备和便携式电池供电应用。该器件包含电流限制和超温保护电路。NCP571 适用于低成本的陶瓷电容器，需要的最小输出电容为 0.1 uF。此器件采用 TSOP 5 或 2x2.2mm DFN 封装。标准电压版本为 0.8 V、0.9V、1.0 V 和 1.2 V。可根据需要提供其他电压选项。
