Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCV612
概览
NCV612 低静态电流低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器适用于手持通信设备和需要低静态电流的便携式电池供电应用。NCV612 系列具有 40 uA 的超低静态电流。每个器件都包含电压参比单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻、电流限值和温度限值保护电路。NCV612 设计为使用低成本陶瓷电容器。此器件采用微型 SC70-5 表面贴装封装。标准电压版本为 1.5、1.8、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.3 和 5.0 V。
