概览
NCV7518 / NCV7518A 可编程六沟道低压侧 MOSFET 预驱动器属于 FLEXMOS™ 汽车级产品系列，用于驱动逻辑电平 MOSFET。该产品可通过串行 SPI 和并行输入组合控制。该器件提供 3.3 V/5 V 兼容输入，并且串行输出驱动器可以采用 3.3 V 或 5 V 供电。内部通电重置提供受控通电。重置输入允许外部重新初始化，而启用输入允许同时禁用所有输出和诊断。每个沟道独立监控其外部 MOSFET 的漏压，看是否存在故障情况。短路负载故障检测阈值可使用外部编程参考电压和分立内部比值组合进行完全编程。这些比值可通过 SPI 选择，允许对于每个沟道设置不同的检测阈值。 每个沟道的故障恢复操作可编程设定，并可选择用来进行锁存关断或自动重试。每个沟道的状态信息为故障类型编码的 3 位，通过 SPI 通信提供。FLEXMOS 系列产品通过选择外部 MOSFET 提供了应用可伸缩性。
