概览

NCV8508 是一款精确 5.0 V 精确微功率低漏 (LDO) 稳压器，输出电流能力为 250 mA。微处理器控制逻辑包括有效重置（带延迟）、唤醒和监督。NCV8508 唤醒功能会将微处理器带出睡眠模式。微处理器又通过发出监督信号将其唤醒状态信号发回 NCV8508。有效重置电路可在低至 1.0 V 的输出电压下正常运行。在电源启动过程中或在正常运行期间，如输出压降超出规定限值，或稳压器在唤醒期间内未收到监督信号，则激活重置功能。监督逻辑功能监督微处理器中的输入信号 (WDI)。NCV8508 对监督信号的下降边做出响应，每个唤醒期间应该至少一次。其耐用性和集成保护特性使其适用于严苛的汽车环境。
