NCV8623 低漏线性稳压器采用 DFN6 封装,提供最高 150 mA 电流,典型压降为 180 mV。NCV8623 的噪声水平达到极低的 25 µVRMS(100 Hz 至 100 kHz,使用 10 nF 旁路电容器),是敏感电路的理想选择,尤其适用于噪声性能和空间至关重要的便携式应用。NCP623 在接收关断-导通信号时还具有小于 25 us(无旁路电容器)的出色响应时间。由于采用新概念,NCV8623 接受输出电容器,而没有等效串联电阻 (ESR) 方面的任何限制,因此可具有明显多功能性,便于立即实施。其典型直流纹波抑制优于 -90 dB (在1.0 kHz 时为 -70 dB ),因此可自然屏蔽下游电子设备不受电源线波动的影响。另外,高温关断和短路保护为最终产品提供了非常强的耐用性。
