I have programmed the Ezairo7160SL to the Firmware Version 1.18.1670. When I try to connect the device to my mobile phone through Bluetooth an error appears as 'Couldn't pair with Ezairo 7160SL because of an incorrect PIN or passkey'. How to resolve this

We have updated the Sound Designer software to the latest version 'Ezairo 7160 SL Software: Sound Designer and SDK - v2.3.0'. But now when we click on 'Connect' in the control panel an unhandled exception has occurred. Why does this happen?
