We are using FGL60N100BNTD device. As per data sheet the VGE to be max 7vdc and min 4vdc.Load is at emitter other end, applying a supply voltage of 20VDC at collector. When I apply gate 5vdc at gate, the IGBT is not getting switch on. only at 15vdc. why?
