Request of N01S830BAT22I marking code

I want to use the N01S830BAT22IT 1Mb Ultra-Low Power Serial SRAM. I plan to supply 3.3V to the VCC pin and connect a battery backup to the VBAT pin. I cannot find the trip level which the SRAM switches to battery in DS. Appreciate for some help, Thanks.
