I want to use the NCL30001 EVB to test a two-stage LED driver. What needs to be done to change the EVB to a constant voltage output? Would you recommend the NCL30001 or the NCP1652?

TL431BVDR2G - Varying Reference Voltage. I am using a TL431BVDR2G IC to get constant voltage for my controller section. The application is a shunt regulator PCB which enables energy dissipation through a resistor when the input voltage exceeds a Vmax.
