概览

SSEC-25KW-SIC-PIM-GEVK是一个基于SiC功率集成模块的25kW电动车快速直流充电桩的参考设计套件。这个全碳化硅的解决方案包含PFC级和DC-DC级,采用多个1200V、10 mohm的半桥碳化硅模块NXH010P120MNF1,超低的RDS(ON)和最小化的寄生电感可以显著降低传导损耗和开关损耗。强大的通用控制器板(UCB)搭载Zynq®-7000 SoC FPGA和基于ARM®的处理器,使得这个系统可以在200V-1000V的输出电压下提供最高可达25kW的功率,高达96%的效率可为400V或800V电动车的电池充电。
