The PTC IGBT Driver is a complete system solution for PTC HEV/EV vehicles applications, incorporating the power train, gate drivers and auxiliary subsystems to facilitate the adoption in custom designs. The system achieves high performance and compactness by combining together the incredibly low-conduction loss Field Stop IGBT technology ( FGH40T65) with high-performance isolated gate drivers ( NCV57000). Auxiliary isolated power supply is provided via a flyback configuration based on the NCV8871 non-synchronous controller.
