The NCP330MUTBGEVB evaluation board is designed to quickly test the NCP330 which is a low Ron N-channel MOSFET controlled by a soft-start sequence of 2 ms for mobile applications.

  • 34 uA Maximum Quiescent Current at Iout = 100 uA, up to 85 C
  • 600 mV Maximum Dropout Voltage at 350 mA Load Current
  • Wide Input Voltage Operating Range of 5.5 V to 45 V
  • Internal Fault Protection
