ESD Protection Diodes | CM1224
概览
CM1224 系列二极管阵列适用于为需要最小电容负载的电子组件或子系统提供 ESD 保护。此类器件适用于保护具有较高数据和时钟速率的系统，或需要低电容负载的电路。每个 ESD 沟道均包括一对串联二极管，会将正或负 ESD 电流脉冲转向正 (VP) 或负 (VN) 电源轨。VP 和 VN 之间嵌入了一个齐纳二极管，提供了两个优点。首先，它会保护 VCC 轨免受 ESD 尖峰影响，第二，不再需要旁通电容器来吸收接地的正 ESD 尖峰。CM1224 会根据 IEC61000-4-2 标准针对最高 ±8kV 的 ESD 脉冲提供保护。此类器件尤其适用于在可删除存储器、数码摄像机、DVD-RW 驱动器和其他需要极低负载电容和 ESD 保护的应用中，保护使用 USB 2.0、IEEE1394（Firewire®，iLink™）、Serial ATA、DVI、HDMI 和对应端口的系统。CM1224 系列器件采用无引线、小封装占位外形。

- Two or four channels of ESD protection up to 8kV contact discharge
- General purpose high-speed data line ESD protection
- Low channel input capacitance of 0.7pF typical with Minimal capacitance change with temperature and voltage
- Channel input capacitance matching of 0.02pF typical is ideal for differential signals
- Zener diode protects supply rail and eliminates the need for external by-pass capacitors
