The NSPM3041 is designed to protect voltage sensitive componentsfrom ESD. Excellent clamping capability, low leakage, high peakpulse current handling capability and fast response time provide bestin class protection on designs that are exposed to ESD. Because of itssmall size, it is suited for use in cellular phones, tablets, MP3 players,digital cameras and many other portable applications where boardspace comes at a premium.
