ESD Protection Diodes | PACDN009
概览
PACDN009 是一款二极管阵列，适用于为电子元件或子系统提供 5 个沟道的 ESD 保护。每个沟道均包括一对二极管，会将 ESD 电流脉冲转向正 (VP) 或负 (VN) 电源。根据国际标准 IEC 61000-4-2，PACDN009 将针对人体模型提供高达 ±15kV（通过 1.5KΩ 电阻进行 100 pF 电容器放电），针对接触放电提供 ±8kV 的 ESD 脉冲保护。此器件封装占位小、ESD 保护水平高，负载电容地，尤其适用于便携式电子设备（如蜂窝电话、PDA、笔记本电脑）。它还适用于保护计算机和外围设备中的视频输出线路和 I/O 端口，以及多种消费电子产品。PACDN009 采用 8 引线 MSOP 封装，以及符合 RoHS 标准的无引线外形。
