概览
SZNSP8814 浪涌保护器件专门用于保护 10/100 和 GbE 以太网信号免受高浪涌电流的影响。高浪涌条件下的低箝位电压，使该器件成为保护连接以太网收发器芯片的电压敏感线路的理想方案。低电容结合通流式封装，可实现简单的 PCB 布局和必要的匹配跟踪长度，可保持高速差分线之间的一致阻抗。集成式 4 线和 8 线保护，采用通流式封装，为 10/100 和 GbE 以太网应用提供了一个简化方案，且具有绝佳性能。
