概览

FST3244 开关提供八位高速、CMOS、TTL 兼容总线开关，采用标准的 244 引脚输出。低导通电阻使输入可以联接到输出而不会增加传播延迟或产生额外的接地跳动干扰。该器件组织为带单独 /OE 输入的两个四位开关。当 /OE 为 LOW 时，开关为 ON，端口 A 连接至端口 B。当 /OE 为 HIGH 时，开关为 OPEN，两端口之间呈现高阻抗状态。
