概览

MC14066B 包含四个独立开关，能够控制数字型号，也能控制模拟信号。此四路双向开关用于信号门极、斩波器、调制器、解调器和 CMOS 逻辑实施。MC14066B 与 MC14016B 可实现引脚对引脚兼容，但导通电阻要低很多。通过每个独立控制输入可以控制高至完整电源电压的输入电压摆幅。
