MID400 是一款光隔离交流线路-逻辑接口器件。它采用 8 引线塑料 DIP 封装。交流线路电压通过两个与外部电阻串联的背对背 GaAs LED 二极管进行监控。高增益检测电路感应 LED 电流,然后将输出门极驱动到逻辑低电平状态。MID400 专门为用作交流线路监控器而设计。建议在需要卓越光学隔离、固态可靠性、TTL 兼容性、小尺寸、低功率和低频率运行的任何 AC-DC 控制应用中使用。
