FOD2711A 光隔离放大器由受欢迎的 AZ431L 精确编程分路参考和光耦合器组成。该光耦合器是一款与硅光电晶体管进行光耦合的砷化镓 (GaAs) 发光二极管。参考电压容限为 1%。电流传输比 (CTR) 范围为 100% 至 200%。它主要用作隔离 AC-DC 电源和 DC-DC 转换器中的误差放大器/参考电压/光耦合器功能。使用 FOD2711A 时,电源设计者可以减少组件数量,节省紧凑封装设计中的空间。小允差范围参考消除了很多应用中的调节需要。该器件采用 8 引脚 DIP 白色封装。
