概览
FODM100x 系列，单通道，直流感应输入，光耦合器包括一个砷化镓红外线放射晶体管，与光耦合至一个光电晶体管，采用 SOP 4 引脚的延展体封装。 输入输出隔离电压 VISO 额定值为 5,000 VACRMS。
