OptoHiT™ FODM8801 是一款全新光电晶体管，利用安森美半导体先进的专属工艺技术，可实现高运行温度特性，最高可达 125°C。该光耦合器在紧凑的半间距、微型扁平、4 引脚封装中包含一个镓铝砷 (AlGaAs) 红外发光二极管 (LED),与光电晶体管进行光耦合。它以极低输入电流提供高电流传输率。输入-输出隔离电压 VISO 额定值为 3750 VACRMS。
