概览
FUSB251 是一款 I2C 控制过电压保护开关，位于 Type−C™ 接口端口中的 CC 和 SBU 引脚上 。该器件在 CC1/2 和 SBU1/2 上具有 SPST 开关，对于有效的 VDD 将自动启用，以便 Type−C™ PD 控制器可以使用过电压保护的 CC 路径。FUSB251 具有无电电池模式和带 Rd 的 CC 下拉，因此源器件可以提供用于电池充电的 Vbus。FUSB251 的另一个功能是带 ADC 检测的 CC 和 SBU 路径上的水分检测。一旦检测到水分，则产生中断信号，相应的寄存器进行更新，通知主机。该器件具有片上 IEC 保护，带有 CC 和 SBU 路径上的电涌保护。 CC 和 SBU 端口均为 20 V DC 耐压。
