概览
AMIS-49200 和 AMIS-49250 现场总线 MAU （介质访问单元）是用于低速 FOUNDATION Fieldbus® 和 Profibus® PA 器件的收发器芯片。AMIS-49200 适用于 Yokogawa µSAA22Q MAU 的接近引脚对引脚替换。“接近引脚对引脚”是指相关的部件值可能会更改，但无需更改板。AMIS-49250 是采用 7.0 x 7.0 mm NQFP-44 封装的小型微引线框架版本。
