概览

CS3341/3351 整体式交流发电机稳压器集成电路为汽车三相交流发电机提供电压调节。它驱动外部功率达林顿晶体管，用于控制交流发电机场电流。发生电荷故障时，提供灯输出引脚，可驱动能够打开故障指示灯的外部达林顿晶体管。过电压或无定子信号的情况会激活灯输出。CS3341 和 CS3351 采用 SO-14 封装。
