FAN8831 是一款由步升 DC-DC 转换器组成的单芯片压电驱动器,集成了 36 V 升压开关和全桥输出级。该器件能够基于一节 3 V 锂电池在 120 V 下进行压电双向峰值驱动。该步升 DC-DC 转换器在临界导通模式 (CRM) 下运行,经过了优化,可在耦合电感配置中运行,提供 60 V 以上的输出电压。过电压保护、过电流保护和高温关断等功能全部提供。内部继电器用于在步升 DC-DC 转换器输出电压达到带有迟滞的正确水平时启用该全桥门极驱动器。升压使用外部电阻进行设置,步升电流限值可通过 OCP 引脚处的外部电阻进行编程。输出 H 桥具有四个集成的 75 V P 和 N 沟道,用于压电驱动器的正弦波驱动。
