概览

NCV7240 是一款汽车八沟道低压侧驱动器，提供高达每沟道 600 mA 的驱动能力。输出控制通过 SPI 端口进行，针对开路负载（或接地短路）、过载和高温条件提供方便的故障报告。 另外，输出的并行控制可通过 INx 引脚寻址（成对）。 专用的跋行回家模式引脚 (LHI) 启用 OUT1 至 OUT4，而禁用 OUT5 至 OUT8。 每个输出驱动器均具有过载电流保护，且包括一个用于电感负载的输出箝位。NCV7240 采用 SSOP24 带保险丝引线封装。
