LV8401V 是一款单沟道电机驱动器，使用 D-MOS FET 作为输出级，在程序控制下以四种模式之一运行：正向、逆向、制动和待机。因为 H 桥输出级中使用 P/N 沟道结构，所以 LV8401V 的外部组件数据极少，导通电阻低（典型值为 0.33 Ω）。LV8401V 适用于驱动需要大电流的电机。
