AMIS-30624 是一个带有位置控制器和控制/诊断接口的单芯片微步进电机驱动器。它可用于构建智能外围系统,其中可将 32 个驱动器与一个 I2C 主节点进行联接。这样就明显降低了系统复杂度。该器件通过总线接收定位指令,然后驱动定子线圈,因此两相步进电机可移至所需位置。片上位置控制器可引脚对不同电机类型、定位范围以及速度、加速和降速参数进行配置(OTP 或 RAM)。微步进可实现无噪声电机运行,提高定位分辨率。先进的运动鉴定模式能够验证整个机械系统是否能够实现所选择的运动参数。AMIS-30624 可以轻松联接 I2C 总线,其中 I2C 主节点能够从每个从节点获取实际位置、错误标记等具体状态信息。集成的无传感器失速检测能够在电机从运行进入失速状态时将其停止。这就在参比运行期间实现了无噪音但准确的位置校准以及接近机械端部止动装置时的半闭环运行。该器件采用 I2T100 技术,可以在同一个芯片上同时实现高压模拟电路和数字功能。AMIS-30624 可完全兼容汽车电压要求。
