NCP1239 是一款固定频率电流模式控制器,具有动态自供电功能。此功能可激活内部启动电流源使其在启动期间、瞬变、锁存、待机等期间为控制器供电,大大简化了辅助电源和 Vcc 电容器的设计。 该控制器供电范围高达 35 V,具有带抖动的 65 kHz 或 100 kHz 开关电路,在峰值电流模式控制下运行。当辅助侧功率开始降低时,该控制器将其开关频率自动折回至最低 26 kHz 的水平。当功率进一步下降时,该零部件进入跳过周期,同时对峰值电流进行限制,确保轻型负载条件下的卓越能效。 它具有基于计时器的故障检测可确保过载检测,还具有可调节补偿,有助于保持最大功率,而无论输入电压如何。
