NCP1217 采用 SOIC-7 或 PDIP-7 封装,是基于 NCP1203 的控制器的第二代版本。由于 NCP1217 的高驱动能力,可驱动门极电荷 MOSFET,结合内部斜坡补偿和内置的过电压保护,简化了现代 AC/DC 适配器设计。NCP1217 提供真正的基于 UC384X 的设计。通过以不同的固定频率(65 kHz、100 kHz 或 133 kHz)运行的内部结构,该控制器具有高电压启动 FET,可确保明确的无损耗启动序列。其电流模式控制拓扑结构还提供绝佳的输入音频灵敏度和内部脉冲控制。内部斜坡补偿轻松防止了在连续导通模式设计中发生准谐波振荡。例如,在输出功率需求消失,电流设定点降至某个特定值以下时,该集成电路将进入所谓的跳过周期模式,在轻负载下提供卓越能效。因为这发生在用户可调节的低峰值电流下,所以不会发出噪音。NCP1217 具有两个有效的保护电路: 1) 如果发生过电流情况,则会禁用输出脉冲,器件进入安全突发模式,尝试重启。一旦故障清除,器件自动恢复。 2) 如果外部信号(如温度传感器)将引脚 1 拉至 3.2V 以上,输出脉冲则立即截止,NCP1217 在此位置保持锁存状态。当 VCC 降至接地,如用户拔下电源时,则进行重置。
