NCP1236 是一款新型固定频率电流模式控制器,具有动态自供电 (DSS) 功能。此器件与之前的 NCP12xx 系列可实现引脚兼容。DSS 功能可激活内部启动电流源使其在瞬变期间为控制器供电,大大简化了辅助电源和 VCC 电容器的设计。由于频率折回,该控制器在轻型负载条件下具有绝佳的能效,同时还能达到极低的待机功耗。凭借内部频率抖动、斜坡补偿和多功能锁存输入,此控制器非常适合那些将部件成本作为关键限制因素的转换器。另外,该控制器还包括一个新型高电压电路,组合了启动电流源和欠电压检测器,能够感应来自整流交流线路或直流滤波大电压的输入电压。该高电压感应电路还用于过功率保护目的。过功率保护、超载保护和其他保护功能提高了最终应用的安全性和可靠性。
