NCP12400是一款新型固定频率电流模式控制器,具有动态自供电功能。这一功能可激活内部启动电流源,使其在启动、瞬变、锁存、待机等期间为控制器供电,大大简化了辅助电源和VCC电容器的设计。这款器件包含一个特殊的高压检测器,能够检测从交流输入线路上拔下的应用,然后触发X2放电电流。这一高电压结构还能进行欠电压检测。它提供一个基于计时器的故障检测功能,能检测出过载情况,并提供可调节补偿,有助于保持最大功率,而不受输入电压水平影响。由于频率折返,这一款控制器在轻负载条件下展现出优异的能效,同时还能实现极低的待机功耗。内部频率抖动、斜坡补偿和多功能锁存输入让这款控制器成为强固电源设计的绝佳选择。专用的关断模式可通过让整个器件进入“睡眠“从而达到极低的无负载输入功耗,最大程度降低控制电路的功耗。另外NCP12400具有静音Skip模式,可将跳频频率锁定在可听范围以下。这一功能大大降低了Skip模式下开关脉冲产生的噪声。
