概览
NCP1382 采用 SO-14 封装，包括构建坚固高能效的准谐振 (QR) 开关电源所需的一切功能。通过前端功率因数修正电路供电时，NCP1382 会在低输出负载条件下自动断开 PFC 控制器（带可调节级），因此改善了待机功耗性能。这尤其适用于中高功率离线应用，如笔记本电脑适配器。当电流设置点降至某个给定值以下，如输出功率需求消失时，该集成电路将进入所谓的跳过周期模式，在轻负载下提供卓越能效。因为发生此情况时具有可调节低峰值电流和专属的软跳过技术，所以不会产生噪声。跳过周期还能够轻松选择发生折回和待机的最大开关频率。NCP1382 还具有若干有效保护选项，如 a) 独立于辅助电压的短路过载检测，b) 自动恢复欠电压检测，和 c) 发生过电压保护或超温保护时的外部锁存电路输入。NCP1381 与NCP1382： 跳过调节引脚上的锁存关断电平： NCP1381 3.5 V（典型值）NCP1382 2.5 V（典型值）
