NCP1395A A/B 提供构建可靠耐用的谐振模式电源所需的一切功能。其独特结构包括了一个 1 MHz 电压控制振荡器,其控制模式可在需要 OR 功能时带来灵活性,如多反馈路径实施中。各种具有不同反应时间的保护功能,如立即关断或基于计时器的事件、欠电压、断开的光电耦合器检测等,有利于更安全的转换器设计,而不会增加电路复杂度。可调死区时间还有利于降低击穿电流,也有利于提高开关频率。最后,板上运行跨导放大器还可实现各种不同配置,包括恒定输出电流工作模式或传统的电压调节。
