概览

UC3842B、UC3843B 系列为高性能固定频率电流模式控制器。此类器件专门针对离线和 DC-DC 转换器应用而设计，为设计人员提供了一种经济高效的方案，并最大限度减少了外部部件。这些集成电路具有振荡器、温度补偿参考、高增益误差放大器、电流感应比较器以及大电流图腾柱输出，适用于驱动功率 MOSFET。此外还包含以下保护功能：都具有迟滞的输入和参考欠压锁定、逐周期电流限制、用于单脉冲计量的锁存，以及每隔一个振荡器周期即对输出进行间隔关断的触发器，可将输出停滞时间编程为 50% 到 70%。此类器件采用 8 引脚双列直插塑料封装以及 14 引脚塑料表面贴装 (SO-14) 封装。SO-14 封装具有用于图腾柱输出级的单独电源和接地引脚。UCX844 的 UVLO 阈值为 16 V（开）和 10 V（关），适用于离线转换器。UCX845 适用于 UVLO 阈值为 8.5 V（开）和 7.6 V（关）的较低电压应用。
