PWM可用于电流或电压模式中。在电压模式中,基于PFC输出总线的前馈可减少辅助输出的纹波。要评估 FAN4800AU 能否替换现有的 FAN4800A、FAN4800AS、旧版的 FAN4800 和 ML4800 板,必须在执行微调流程之前完成 6 项任务:
1.将RAC电阻从旧值改为更高的电阻值:6 MΩ 改为 8 MΩ。
2.将 RT/CT 引脚从现有值改为 RT= 6.8 kΩ 和 CT= 1000 pF,以具有 fPFC=64 kHz 和 fPWM= 64 kHz。
3.在线路输入介于 85 VAC至 270 VAC的通用输入应用中,当 VIN= 85 VAC时,需要将 VRMS 引脚电压设置为 1.224 V。
4.将 ISENSE 引脚滤波器从现有值改为 RFilter= 51 Ω 和 CFilter= 0.01 µF,可获得更大的带宽。
5.满载时,平均 VVEA必须为~4.5 V,并且 VVEA上的纹波必须小于 400 mV。
6.对于 SS 引脚,软启动电流已降至 FAN4800 电容的一半。
