NCP1623是一款驱动PFC升压级的控制器。创新谷值同步频率折返(VSFF)方法,能够在临界导通模式 (CrM) 下运行,直至功率降至阈值电平以下。PFC控制器进入断续导通模式(DCM),随着负载进一步衰减,死区时间增加(频率折返)。在标称负载和轻负载下,VSFF能最大限度地提高效率。此外,即使当开关频率降低时,其内部电路也能使功率因数接近统一。
采用TSOP-6封装,该电路具备构建强固而紧凑的PFC级所需的所有特性,A版本提供升压跟随器,可大幅提升低线路效率。这款控制器还可采用SOIC-8封装,提供由禁用引脚外部控制的超低功耗模式。
